- Pig's feet stew with pig's tongue, fat choi and lettuce
- (Middle) Stir fried mixed veggies with 'ba hub' and scallops
- Braised pork belly slices with preserved veg 'mui choi' (ver 2)

one last dish... premium soy sauce stir-fried tiger shrimp, sweet and salty... my mom sure saved the best dish for last! she gave us a choice of sweet soy sauce flavour or tomato base flavour... and this is our request...
The word shrimp in cantonese has the sound of laughter... 'ha', represents happiness throughout the whole year! yeah!

Chinese New Year's Eve Dinner at Chris Chung's house
Also know as 'Tun Nin' Dinner in Cantonese. Chris made a wonderful soup as a starter, which consist of crab meat, chinese bitter greens, stock from two chicken, salted ham, dried scallops and mushrooms. It is super concentrate with chicken flavour since it is not a big pot. The flavour is super intense. Slurp!!!
Abalone from a can... it's $70 per can! Holy cow...
It is so tasty with the lemon zest slivers along with the japanese premium soy sauce... heavenly!
Main Dish: Pun Choy, layered with (from t to b) Braised Pork's Feet, Dried Oysters, Fat Choy (hair-like fungus), Mushrooms, Bacon-wrapped Asparagus, B.B.Q. Pork, Roasted Duck, Fish Balls, Stuffed Egg Crepes, Napa Cabbages and Dikon. (hope I didn't miss anything!)
It was a cleaned out 'pun' by the end of the night.
